Android L Coming Soon For Motorola Moto G and Moto X
Google's recent I/O conference has been a theater of a number of high profile announcements. However, none has taken to the liking of the crowd as massively as the announcement related to the new Android L offering from Google. And it seems like more news is on its way related to the same.
Following the footsteps of HTC, which previously confirmed that its HTC One M8 and One M7 handsets will be getting the new upgrade from Google, it seems like Motorola is the next in line to announce that two of its popular handsets Motorola Moto G and Moto X will also be getting the Android L update.
Motorola Germany recently confirmed on Facebook that the Moto X and Moto G will both receive the Android L update later this year. The company also referred to the new update as Android 5.0.
"Android 5.0 arrives in autumn on Moto X and Moto G," Motorola Germany wrote. "Do you like the new design?" the company asked fans.

Also, in the discussion that followed with the post, Motorola Germany also revealed that it's yet to find out whether the entry-level Moto E will be upgradeable to Android L this fall. However, it was suggested that in case the Moto E doesn't get the L, then the handset will get the new Android One OS instead.

But again. That's somewhat a vague statement to make at this point since Google is yet to elaborate on the Android One software on a whole. But we here at GizBot will keep you posted on anything that develops on this.
