Currently, this mid end market is dominated by Samsung and Google and Micromax in India.

Consequently, its upcoming devices somehow leaked before making their debut via supply chain insiders.

Apple is unknown to lower segment market. The iPad market never ever tried to be competitive. But now the situation is different. Steve Jobs name is not enough to sell devices. The company's iPhone 5 registered decent sales, but they are not up to the mark.
Earlier Google was only present in search. Now the maker of Nexus devices elevated itself to the rank of Apple due to Android OS. The software giant now controls 75 % of smartphone OS market.
