Apple hasn't come clean when it comes to the impending launch of iPhone 5S. The much awaited device should be out in the June - July frame, as speculated by various analysts. CEO Tim Cook cleared his part, and announced during recent quarter earnings meeting - don't expect new Apple devices until the fall. The Apple iPhone 5S is destined to arrive sometime during September or October.

In the meanwhile, a well known Apple analyst has predicted the coming of iPhone 6 next year. Jefferies analyst Peter Misek, believes that Apple iPhone 6 would be announced in June 2014. The iPhone 6 is planned for June 2014, and it should larger than iPhone 5 and the upcoming iPhone 5S (via Financial Times). Basically, the crux of the report is that iPhone 6 will come out as the first phablet device by the Cupertino giant to compete the likes of much rumoured and highly awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

According to ongoing rumors, Note 3 is speculated to featue 8-core processor, and powerful GPU, that can position the handset as the best from Samsung. It could have 128GB of ROM, and 5.9 -inch Full HD AMOLED display and more.

He [Peter Misek ] even sheds light on the highlighted specs of the upcoming iPhone 5S. The device will be released in multiple colours, better processor, and lately a better camera to complete with the likes of Sony, HTC, and Samsung. The street is abuzz with yet another juicy rumor - the coming of fingerprint sensor technology in making the iPhone 5S truly spectacular. The Cupertino-based tech giant is said to be working Apple's Passbook services as well as the arrival of iRadio, a key strategic decision to condition Apple's growing media empire.

Meanwhile, Apple insider reports (via KGI Securities) the delay in the production of the upcoming iPad Mini 2 with Retina Display. As reported, Apple is facing production delays. A specific type of component for the iPad Mini 2 is still need to execute well, as per one source.

It is to be seen whether Apple overcomes with the Retina Display caliber 7.9-inch display in an estimated time or not. KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says Apple could announce a cheaper iPad Mini. The mini version of iPad Mini is said to be cheaper, and could cost $200 in the International market.

The metal styled body of the cheaper iPad Mini is said to be of low quality, an 8GB of internal memory and no rear are to be included to make pricing cost effective.
