Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications expert Huawei has been in the public eye, after introducing its new flagship smartphone, the Huawei Ascend D2 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, earlier this month. Adding to the fizzle, one more upcoming flagship smartphone from the company Huawei Ascend P2 has been breeding grounds for rumors lately. Tech gossipers are are already talking about the handset's features to be similar to that of the Ascend D2.
Although, features of Ascend P2 are not official, however, the images of the smartphone recently got leaked by @evleaks via UnwiredView report suggesting a wafer thin design. As for the rumored specs, Ascend P2's will be powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and will sport a 4.5-inch IPS full HD 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP camera, a really powerful 1.8MHz quad-core processor and big 3,000 mAh battery.
Although the smartphone is not very slender nor is it's interface very smooth, it still is a impressive device with a solid spec build. The Chinese smartphone is said to be a valid adversary to Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5. Taking Ascend D2 into account in deriving the sign of things to come from Huawei, the Ascend P2 looks promising.
