Asus ZenFone 5 - Camera and Video
The handset's 8-megapixel rear-facing camera captures great still photographs in both indoors and outdoors. However, don't expect them to be detailed enough. Our testing shows the Asus ZenFone's 8MP back camera isn't bad, if not the best. The camera works really well in the low-light environment.
For instance, it automatically detects the environment (low-light) and asks you to tap the down icon to enable the low-light mode. Our final verdict will be based on the detailed review. Talking about the camera user interface (UI), you can take advantage of, Panorama, Low-light, Selfie Miniature, Depth-of-field, Smart Remove, All smiles, Beautification, and GIF animation modes.
There's a 2MP front-facing camera given, but it's not that good. The back camera is capable of recording videos in 1080p. We have tried to shoot a video in Full HD 1080p format, and the result seems appropriate.
