Best 5 Competitors of Idea Aurus 4

Idea Aurus 4 is the new 3G Android device which has been recently revealed by Idea. Idea never launches a range of devices at the same time but they consistently launch a personalized device for the Idea users from time to time.

These devices are primarily aimed for the large number of users in India who do not prefer to spend more than Rs. 10,000 on a mobile phone. But coincidentally now Idea Aurus 4 has large number of competitors already available in the market and that too at the same or even cheaper price. So, let us list them down and then talk about them.

Micromax Canvas Juice A77

This device is the toughest competitor because it shares almost the same specifications as they are shared by Idea Aurus 4. The processor of Dual Core MTK6572, along with the primary camera of 5MP and internal memory storage are same on both the devices.

When it comes to displays then Micromax Canvas Juice A77 has a better display and better resolution and moreover it is cheaper than Idea Aurus 4 with a price margin of Rs 1000 approximately (Idea Aurus 4 is available at the price of Rs. 8999 and Micromax Canvas Juice A77 can be bought at Rs. 7999).

KEy Features

Xolo A600

The above mentioned device was better in some parameters when compared with Idea Aurus 4 but Xolo A600 is much closer to the specifications of Idea Aurus 4. The display size of 4.5 Inches and qHD display in both the devices makes sure that even the Pixel density is also the same.

Even the memory allocated to RAM is the same but Xolo A600 has a marginal win in terms of battery strength by 100 mAh. So, in all the hardware parameters are the same bu it is available on Flipkart at the price of Rs. 7199.

Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus

Now this device is expensive (available at Rs. 10,990) as compared to Idea Aurus 4 and so obviously the parameters of Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus are better than Idea Aurus 4. Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus uses the quad core processor, 8MP primary camera and 1GB RAM which is Dual Core, 5MP and 512MB respectively for the Idea Aurus 4 parameters.

So, at the price difference of Rs. 2000 this device is a total winner.

Samsung Galaxy S Duos

This is the most dangerous options which has been chosen by us on the basis of the price of the device. The reason is its brand name and most of users will prefer Samsung Galaxy S Duos only because of brand reliability as Samsung is leader in smartphone sales in India.

This device comes with smaller display and older version of Android which is definitely beaten by Idea Aurus 4. The camera is the same but the processor used in Samsung Galaxy S Duos is nowhere when compared with Idea Aurus 4 (because Samsung Galaxy S Duos has the processor made on the architecture of Cortex A-5).

Lava Iris 503

This is the latest device launched by Lava and most of the hardware specifications of this device matched with that of Idea Aurus 4 except the power of processor which is just Dual Core at 1.2 GHz in case of Lava Iris 503 and it also has a BSI sensor on this primary camera.

Moreover the price of Lava Iris 503 is Rs. 9999 which is Rs.1000 more than that of Idea Aurus 4 and this it seems that Idea Aurus 4 will easily beat this contender off.

Well, the list of rivals does not end here because the list and still go on as per the number of options available for the users under this price segment and more or less all these devices share the same specification. We hope that this article helped you to choose the correct option, please put down your views about the devices in the comments section and let us know if you are aware of a better rival and stay tuned with us
