BlackBerry CEO Confirms New Flagship Device in Making
BlackBerry must be sinking down in the smartphone business but that doesn't mean that the company will stop trying. After the Q5 smartphone which the company launched last year after facing the Z10 and Q10 crisis in the market. Now the company is reportedly said to release a brand new device soon. This is not the one which got announced at the MWC 2014 floor just a few days back.
This is probably the octa core phone which was making rounds in the rumorsphere since a couple of weeks back. The news came from a published interview where BlackBerry CEO John Chen said that another flagship model is coming from the Canadian manufacturer. Although the CEO didn't confirm the availability for the device but looks like we might get a chance to have the first glance of it sometime in September.

BlackBerry has been trying to pull itself together in the smartphone market for a long time now. After the massive failure of the company's high-end BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 last year, the company had to face a lot of backdrops in the markets.

However, the company had a small contingency plan which they executed soon after it faced the crisis. The BBM which is the company's proprietary instant messaging app was then rolled out for Android and iOS devices to keep up the company's name rolling in the market. It surely worked to great extent. Now the company is event trying to release it to the Windows Phone platform soon.
Also BlackBerry released the Q5 device at the mid-range price soon after that which at least got much appreciation compared to the first BB10 devices. Also recently the Cupertino based QWERTY handset maker also announced their latest devices at the MWC 2014. These devices come dubbed as BlackBerry Z3 and Q20. This could probably be the best ticket for the company to bring its name up to the line where Samsung and Apple stands now.
BlackBerrry has also cut down the price of the Z10 smartphone in India.
