Blackberry Q10 Coming to India Soon: 5 Online Sites To Buy QWERTY Handset

Back in January, Blackberry announced two handsets based on its new mobile operating system, BlackBerry Z10 and Q10. While, BB10 based, BlackBerry Z10 has already been made available in India at a price of Rs 40,990, the QWERTY keyboard based handset Q10 was still not available in India till this point of time. However, in a latest development, BlackBerry India tweeted that the handset is coming to India really soon. Below is the tweet:

Meanwhile, many e-commerce sites have listed BlackBerry Q10 on pre-order. Online retailers like Snapdeal and Saholic are taking prebooking of the handset at a price of Rs 1,000. At the same time some of them are also selling the handset at a price a little above the official tag (unknown right now), as they are shipping the device from abroad.

BlackBerry Q10 comes with a 3.1 inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 720 resolution at 330 PPI and also has Touch On Lens. The Q10 sports a 8MP rear camera with LED flash, Auto Focus, 5X digital zoom along with 1080p HD video recording and 2MP front facing camera for video chat. The device is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus, Cortex-A9 processor dialed to 1.5GHz and is backd by 2GB RAM. The Q10 has an internal storage capacity of 16GB which is again expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. Regarding connectivity, it offers WiFi, 4G, 3G GPS, NFC, microUSB, microHDMI, Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, 4G LTE. Other features include BlackBerry 10 OS, PowerVR SGX544, BlackBerry maps, and the device is powered by Li-Ion 2100 mAh battery. There are no mentions about the price as of now as but the device is reported to hit the stores soon.
