When canvas 4 was announced, Blu Life One was in the gossip pretty much widely. Many thought that the Blu Life One was actually the Canvas 4. There are some wild guesses about Micromax and Wiko's collaborative work here. However, the rumor has not been official responded so far. Moreover, the Blu life series namely the Blu Life One and Play is said to be available in India soon for a price tag of Rs. 16,000 and Rs. 14,000 respectively. The handsets will be available in India via AndroidGuruz gogi reported.
Going by the specs individually, Blue Life One and Blu Life Play comes with a pretty much similar configuration. There are some minute differences but the major one is the display size difference.
However, here is quick rundown on the specs of the two devices:
Blue Life One
Blue Life One sports a 5 inch IPS LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection and offers a 1280×720 pixels resolution and pixel density of 294 ppi. It is powered by Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 and features a MTK MT6589 chipset along with the PowerVR Series 5XT graphics. The handset runs on Android version 4.2 OS.
It is also supported by 1GB RAM. Desides being a dual SIM phablet, other connectivity options include, 2G, 3G, GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, USB and Bluetooth. Blue Life One comes packed with a 13MP rear auto focus camera with macro mode and a competitive 5MP front facing camera too.
The camera is capable of shooting Full HD videos at 30fps. The device comes with the internal storage capacity of 16GB that is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. The Phablet is powered by a Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery. This 8.9mm super thin handset is price at Rs. 16,000.
Blu Life Play
This handset is with a 4.6 inch LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with HD resolution offering up to 1280×720 pixels and comes with 312 ppi pixel density.
It is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor and MTK MT6589 chipset along with a PowerVR Series 5XT graphics. The handset is also supported by 1GB RAM.
The 4.6 incher handset houses 4GB internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB. It runs on Android 4.2 OS with 8MP rear camera with flash and 2MP front camera.
Other features are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Blu Life Play is 7.8mm thick. The device is powered by a Li-Ion 1800 mAh battery.
These Blu handsets will be sold by AndroidGuruz and probably both the devices will be available the end of this month.
Moreover, the handset will be a direct threat to the recently launched Canvas 4 and also Karbonn Titanium S9. There are other quad core devices that are likely to face the similar rivalry.
