Blu Life Pure XL With 5.5 Inch FHD Display, Quad-Core CPU Officially Unveiled
Blu isn't a name that comes immediately to mind when thinking of top ranked smartphone makers. Nonetheless, they make number of impressive handsets, and their latest smartphone is surely a head turner.
The company today launched the Blu Life Pure XL, a brand new high-end handset that reminds you of the Gionee Elife E7.
The Blu Life Pure XL features a 5.5-inch display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU.
Like the Gionee Elife E7, the Blu Life Pure XL comes in two variants, one with 32GB on-board memory and 3GB RAM for $399 ( about Rs. 24,399) and other with 16GB internal memory and 2GB RAM for $349 ( about Rs. 21,289).

On the camera front, there's a 16 megapixel rear-facing camera with 1.34μ pixels, 1/2.3-inch sensor, and an 8 megapixel front-facing shooter.
The makers have added a 2,500mAh battery and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (to be upgraded to Android 4.4 Kitkat).
Other connectivity options include: NFC, WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Micro-USB and FM Radio.
The Blu Life Pure XL will be shipping in both configurations and in all 4 colors to several dealers and distributors in the US and Latin America in June, the company added.
Unfortunately, Blu Products, the makers behind the Life Pure XL, is not retailing its devices into the Indian market. However, if you crave to have a similar device like the Blu Life Pure XL, do check out the Gionee Elife E7. It's already available in India with price starting at Rs. 24,000 for the 16GB version.
