Hyderabad-based smartphone maker Celkon has released its yet another budget friendly KitKat powered smartphone in India in the form of Campus mini A350. Priced at Rs. 3,799, the Celkon Campus Mini A350 comes in white color along with a free back cover.
This latest handset from Celkon can be called as the successor of the company's ultra-affordable Campus A35K smartphone which was launched back in June at Rs. 2,999. The only difference between the two are the processor and battery which is better in the latest model.
Celkon Campus Mini A350: Key Specifications
Celkon Campus Mini A350 sports a 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen display pushing the resolution up to 320 x 480 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor coupled with a 256 MB RAM. However, it runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.
The latest offering from Celkon features a 3.2MP rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing snapper. Apart from that you will also get a 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth with A2DP, GPS and Dual SIM support in the phone. It houses 512MB Internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Celkon Campus Mini A350 also comes with sensors including G-Sensor and Proximity Sensor and uses 1500 mAh battery to power up its system.
However, since the KitKat powered devices in India can be found in plenty numbers, the latest device from Celkon will surely have to battle these odds. Just recently, even Sunstrike a Hong Kong-based smartphone maker has launched its first cheapest smartphone called Rage Swift powered by same KitKat version of Android. The smarpthone is priced at Rs. 2,999.
