Celkon Win 400 First Look: Looking for a Budget Windows Phone Handset? This Might be the One

Celkon Win 400 First Look: Battery and Early Verdict
The Celkon Win 400 is one of the most basic smartphones that you will find around you. And for the record, it is powered by a decent 1500mAh battery unit inside.
This battery for the handset is said to offer up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. The low backup of the same, however, may be a downside. But then again, there are many other low end smartphones that come with similar capacities, hence rendering the Celkon Win 400 an average device in the market.
From what we have seen from this new handset so far, the Celkon Win 400 should strike a favorable rival against the likes of Micromax Canvas Win W092, Xolo Win Q900s, Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 and Asus Zenfone 4. And judging by its build, offering and capability, it isn't that different from the above mentioned handsets either.
Celkon has priced the Win 400 attractively at Rs 4,979 making it one of the most affordable Windows Phone handsets currently available in the market. The handset is made for those who do not wish to spend too much on a Windows Phone handset, and yet make use of all its best features.
While a full review is uncover more, the decent hardware aspects of the handset should be more than capable of delivering decent performance that we have come to expect from an entry level smartphone in the aforementioned price bracket.
We aren't saying that there will be too many takers for the handset in the long run, but is has to be mentioned that if you are looking for a Windows Phone-powered handset that's light on your budget, the Win 400 should be just the handset for you.
