CES 2015: Kodak to Launch Android Smartphone for Photography Geeks
Kodak, a popular imaging technology company is venturing into the smartphone market with a new line of Android based smartphones. Kodak plans to unveil their smartphones at CES 2015, which is a perfect place to test out new tech.Although at CES only the first model will be showcased.
Kodak will not manufacture the phone, but instead they have partnered with Bullitt to do the development work. Bullitt is known for their rugged range of Cat Smartphones.
At the moment their are no details or specs of the smartphone that is set to be revealed in Las Vegas. According to the press release, the smartphone will boast "best-in-class image management software and features a amazing UI" The much awaited Kodak smartphone will be aimed at customers who want a high end hardware and design but prefer a simple UI.

Oliver Schulte, CEO Bullitt Mobile said. "We've taken that heritage and used it to inspire a range of beautifully designed devices that will let users take great pictures and edit, share, store and print them in an instant."
So it would seem that Kodak is getting into the spirit of high end cameras on smartphones.
