Lemon A4 is just like any other homegrown manufacturer phablet launched in the country, as it sports a 5-inch IPS display with 1920x1080p resolution, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.2.1 Jelly bean OS, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD card up to 64GB, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 1850mAh battery.

"We are delighted to launch the new smart phone in Aspirational series. The Full HD quality and a user friendly interface were our two main goals in branding. Prior to the launch, we studied and tested hundreds of possible phone types with a core group of customers. This is our first step towards enabling our consumers to experience the high quality of communications," said Sandeep Mushran, Co-Founder & Director Fastrack Communications Pvt Ltd.

There is not much information on the availability of the brand new phablet Lemon A4, neither it is available online on any e-commerce sites, reportedly, it has been just informed to hit market shelves in the coming week. Price as informed is Rs 17,999.
Upcoming Competition
Well, as far as budget 1080p displays are concerned, the Indian marketplace is going to be flooded by options in the coming months. Already Micromax is rumored to be prepping a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) quad core handset. At the same time, Karbonn is also speculated to be gearing up for the release of its first 1080p handset, which is tipped to be priced at Rs 19,000. Hence, we will have to watch for the upcoming competition. Meanwhile, Lemon A4 can enjoy its pilot Indian market debut for quite sometime.
