Exclusive: Asus To Enter India Smartphone Market in July 2014
So far, Taiwan-based tech firm Asus had been phenomenal in the tablet/PC business. And the company ranks fifth-largest PC maker in the world by total shipments. Apart from that, the most impressive move that Asus made was back in 2011, when it first released Padfone, the world's first 2-in-1 smartphone and tablet that allowed seamless transition between devices.
The company is still exploring innovations to utmost depth in the laptop, ultrabook, convertibles and AIO PCs segment. But since worldwide PC shipments declined 6.9% in Q4 last year (2013), most of the PC makers moved their focus on tablets and smartphones.

Asus already has a rich tablet collections which comprises of Fonepad and Memo Pad and if hybrid are to be considered also include PadFone Infinity series which uses a smartphone to power the tablet. But this apparently didn't look much profitable to the company as GizBot has got a confirmed information from one of the reliable company sources that would be a food-for-thought for most of the Chinese and Indian smartohone makers.

If you didn't get it, let us clear all your doubts. Well, Asus is planning to enter Indian smartphone market with a lot of products. To quote the original words, "the entry may be marked by series of launches." Thus this is going to be a full-blown attack against the growing smartphone firms trying to make their boundaries in Indian market.
