Google has included a smart calling feature to its voice assistance application. If you have added a relationship status of the contact like mom, dad, sister, brother, you can just say "Call Dad" on the Google Now and the Voice assistance will automatically search for the relevant contact and call the same number. The same smart calling feature also works for contacts with nicknames.
