All of us like to click pictures and love to sound professional. Whether we use the pictures for our viewing, it must be of the best quality and texture. As a layman, we hardly take note of features relevant to clicking the best photographs. Our smartphones usually play the role of a camera should have the highest megapixels. But is that enough?

What if additional features that make photography awesome were added to it? Features like wider focus/angle, monochrome, vivid detailing, depth sensing, telephoto angle, etc. Sounds out of the blue right but these are the smaller details that make the pictures look awesome and you a good photographer.

As smartphones are becoming smarter, companies have focused on new development and hence have introduced dual lens or cameras on the phone. This feature is found on the rear side of the phone, whereby they are either placed one below the other or beside each other. But this is just the lens and the entire functionality is in the hands of the user. Depending on what you need is you could see the specification details and become a professional photographer.

Let’s get into a little detailing but in layman's terms, and not technical. If you are someone who just wishes to focus on the image you wish to capture, ignoring the background, then you could opt for the telephoto feature with a wider angel focus. This feature blurs the background, usually known as the” bokeh effect”. The wider angle usually the 2x zoom, helps in giving a wider focus. So you just click the image you want from whichever angle and distance. The only issue with this camera is it does not work in low light areas. Check One Plus 5, Note 8 and iPhone 7/8 Plus.

For people who love taking vivid pictures as most of us love to. We should opt for monochrome with RGB features. Most of the camera phones are RGB built meaning clicking colored pictures, whereas monochrome is a feature used for clicking black and white pictures. Combining both helps in clicking the best picture one can think of in terms of better quality and brightness. The only problem here is that the exposure or sensors need to be the same in both the cameras. Check Moto G5 Plus, Moto G5S Plus, Huawei P9 and P10.

If you are a kind of professional photographer and can avoid distortions and just focus on the image you wish to capture, then opt for a camera which has the “Fisheye effect”. Meaning a camera which has a regular feature in addition to wider focus. As the word fish eye would mean, that you have a wide focus for better features but as a photographer you need to know what you wish to capture. Basically, it includes a wider angle and at the same - time a focus on what you wish to capture. Feels great, isn’t it? Check LG G6.

If you have the itch for photography, choose what features impress you and become a professional and impress everyone.
