Coming back to Fly F45, the smartphone which runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean comes with a 4.5-inch (960 × 540 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 12MP rear camera with auto focus and LED Flash, 3MP front-facing camera,1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 32GB, connectivity features including 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS and a 2050 mAh battery

Conclusion

Canvas HD has a bigger screen with higher pixel density, a faster quad core processor and a slightly bigger battery.
Fly F45 has a12 MP rear camera which is higher then that of Canvas HD and costs considerably less.
Apart from the camera the Canvas HD has better specifications, but does cost more then the Fly F45.
