Fly is all set to launch Fly MC181 in India. Fly MC181 has a bar form factor and a simple design, which used to be a trend a few years back. Such standard design handsets still have demand and Fly Mobiles seems to be interested in raising the demand of Fly MC181 with dual SIM compatibility.

Fly MC181 is a GSM handset supporting two SIM cards. It doesn’t have 3G or WiFi connectivity support. Internet connectivity features in MC181 have not been disclosed yet, but it is likely to support GPRS and EDGE connectivity.
Fly MC181 has a comparatively low 25 MB Internal memory. Its external memory can be extended to up to 32 GB which is a useful feature. One feature which grabs most attention is MC181’s 3 Megapixel camera. People usually don’t expect much from Fly’s camera specifications. But reportedly Fly MC181 has a great 3 Megapixel camera, that can give very good image quality. No words are out on the video recording feature of the camera though.
Standard v2.0 Bluetooth connectivity and an audio/video player supporting multiple audio/video formats are other notable features. Fly MC181 is juiced up by a Lithium ion 950 mAh battery giving it a superb 10 hours talk-time and 250 hours standby time. The phone weighs about 85 grams and has a 65k color TFT display screen of 2.4 inches which perfectly suits the size and design of MC181. The display has a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. FM Radio is featured, which is an obvious addition for a handset designed for ordinary mobile phone users. Scheduled recording is also integrated in the FM radio feature.
The handset has a 3.5mm audio jack which lets it users connect the handset to most speakers giving larger volume and quality for music playback through the phone. Fly MC181’s price tag hasn’t been disclosed but many reports claim that the handset will have an affordable price tag, as Fly mobile handsets are usually wallet friendly when it comes to the phones’ price.
