G'Five Launches 'Box Office'-The Projector MobilePhone
The projector is now a device that can even be equipped onto a hand-held device like mobile phones. There are a couple of projector mobile phones available in India that offers projectors embedded in it. Today the focus is on projector enabled phone that is going to hit the Indian market soon. The phone is christened the G'Five Box Office.
G'Five Box Office has a 2.4 inch TFT LCD display that looks pretty neat and stylish. This G'Five projector mobile offers a resolution of 240 x 360 but it is a tad boring to view contents in sunlight. The phone has a weirdly designed keypad and navigation control. Even though the keys are generously spaced they are thick as concrete so it takes some effort to type messages in it.
Being a projector mobile phone, let us take a look at that key feature of G'Five Box Office. The location of the projector is somewhat awkward as it is located on the top of the handset and because of this you will have to hold the handset on its side during the Projection mode. It is a Pico projector and the projector heats up after a certain amount of time. The projector comes with a Focus adjustment dial.
However if you intend on watching movies on the projector of this G'Five mobile phone then it is highly recommended that you don"t coz the phone will turn out to be a waste in that sense. It does not have a 3.5 mm jack and thus there is no support for connecting it to external speakers. You will see the movie but will be restricted to hearing the audio from the phones rather ridiculous speakers.
G'Five Box Office phone doesn"t sound good as a projector phone. Now let us take a look at the other prominent features of the phone. This G'Five projector mobile offers features such as
Dual SIM Standby
2.0 Mega Pixel Camera with digital zoom
Battery Talk time of 12 Hours
Standby of 120 hours
Micro SD expansion of up to 8 GB
Connectivity through Bluetooth
Audio and Video Playback in MP3, MP4 and 3GP formats
FM radio
This G'Five Box Office phone is expected to be priced in the range of Rs 8000 but is surely a disappointment in its key area- the Projector. This G'Five mobile phone could have had a much better projector layout.
