Galaxy Mega 5.8, Galaxy Mega 6.3: Samsung Fonblets to Arrive This Summer

|

Following the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S4, a gamepad accessory was revealed. As mentioned on Samsung's official site, the accessory would be compatible with screen size ranges from 4-inch to 6.3-inch. That point of time, it was largely speculated that Samsung Galaxy Note III could have a 6.3-inch display. Even now, the same word can be heard from techies around the world.

Now rumor land is blossoming with one such sizzling report - Samsung is prepping to introduce two large sized Fonblets called Galaxy Mega. As per Sam Mobile, the South Korean giant will likely to launch two giant handsets between May and June this year. As of now, there are few details that largely speak nothing. One of them would carry Dual SIM functionality. When these devices reach India, is still a mystery. Stay tuned to GizBot.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 - Specifications and features

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8, as the name suggests, will be an over-sized Android powered handset. The device could support Dual SIM functionality, as per early reports. Code named GT-I9152; it will have a 5.8-inch display. As of now, it is hard to say whether the handset will arrive with 720p/1080p Full HD display.

Taking reference from the Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos, the leaked Galaxy Mega 5.8, could be dual core processor with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory (expandable), Wi-Fi, 3G, NFC, and large battery fitted inside. Well, western world is not fond of Dual SIM handsets, so it is safe to say that the device has a fair to be revealed for Asian market soon. The Galaxy Mega 5.8 should be out at the end of May this year.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 - Specifications and features

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 truly sticks with its gigantic appearance. Code named GT-I9200; it cannot be linked with Note series. What was published few days back in regards to Samsung Galaxy Note III, was either baseless or the truth is yet to be revealed. Interestingly, Samsung has always presented Note 2, as a productivity device (some even calls it a BlackBerry killer). The S-Pen functionality made the handset a must have for either taking notes or editing presentation.

Gaming on such device, is not a good idea. The coming of Galaxy Mega 6.3 with large 6.3-inch display is adequate to play full filled android games. Again, it is hard to ignore that the sequel to Note II, would not have better display. This very device will likely to arrive in the second or third week of June 2013.
