Samsung's Galaxy S5 has become one of the highly anticipated upcoming smartphones. Due to the several rumors and leaks that have surrounded the device in the past couple of months, the Galaxy S5 has already got the major attention of the fans across the globe.
Yet again, another speculation about the smartphone has hit the tech news portals. Although this one is not related to the specs but to the name. Now the device which was said to come to the market in two variants, normal and a premium one, is said to be named as Galaxy S5 (which would come with a FHD display) and Galaxy S5 prime (2K display with 2560×1440 pixels) respectively.
The news come from SamMobile, who spotted the Spigen case for the Galaxy S5 on Amazon. Moreover, the e-commerce site mentions the word Galaxy S5 Prime clearly. Thus it is feasible to say that the premium variant of the device could possible be called by the same name.
So far, there have been a lot of rumors and leaks pertaining to the device's specs and features. But none of the specs have received an official confirmation so far. Thus to round up a bit on the specs, it might get unveiled featuring 5.25-inch display (2K resolution), Exynos Infinity CPU (64-bit), 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, 16MP of rear-facing camera with an LED Flash, 4K Video recording, Waterproof and dustproof, Large battery life, Android 4.4 Kitkat. Even the presence of the fingerprint sensor made rounds in the rumor mill just a couple of days ago.
