Gionee Officially Announces LTE-Enabled V6L, P5L, P4S and P6 Handsets

Chinese smartphone maker Gionee isn't among the ones who are settling for whatever they have. On the contrary, the company is striving ahead in this race to the top and have officially announced four new handsets, all supporting 4G LTE.

Gionee has pulled the veils off not one but four new handsets today. Called Gionee V6L, P5L, P4S and P6, all the four handsets are aimed at making sure they support the next gen 4G LTE technology on release.

The company announced 4 new smartphones with a clear focus on its LTE portfolio which witnessed 2 devices including V6L LTE, P5L LTE, along with which P4S and P6 were also announced. All these devices will be available by mid-December. Gionee announced that from 2015 onwards all the devices above Rs. 10,000 will be LTE enabled.

Gionee V6L LTE: Highlighted Specs
Available at Rs. 15,000, the Gionee V6L LTE device is the slimmest of all LTE phones with a 6.9mm thickness. The smartphone is powered by CPU Quad Core 1.2GHz and runs on Android OS, v4.4 (KitKat) and is supported by Internal 8GB, 1GB RAM T-card Up to 128GB. Other features include an 8MP rear camera, LTE connectivity, and 1950 mAh battery and DTS.

The device comes with the all new PPT mode wherein you can take pictures instead of notes and motion control where you just need to flip to mute or snooze the phone. It also has a dual SIM slot and a display of 5.0-inch IPS.

Gionee P5L LTE: Highlighted Specs
At Rs. 10,000, the Gionee Pioneer P5L LTE, according to the company, "is a marvel device which will enable a user to works 5-30 times faster than 3G networks which will enable users to finish work faster." The smartphone is optimized by CPU Quad Core 1.2GHz and runs on Android OS, v4.4 (KitKat) and is supported by Internal 8GB, 1GB RAM and Up to 128GB external card support. Other features include an 5MP rear camera, LTE connectivity, and 1800 mAh battery.

Gionee P4S: Highlighted Features
Gionee Pioneer P4S offers features like Window Flip in an entry level phone to create a whole new level of experience for the consumers. The phone comes with a window flip which enables the phone to show weather, date and time in the flip window. The phone can be flipped to light up display and cover to power off. The look and design of the phone is trendy and the handset has a semi transparent shell with rounded corners.

Last but not least, the Gionee P6 comes with 5.0-inch FWVGA multi touch screen bringing a whole new world to you. The semi transparent coating gives an elegant feel and the phone comes in an affordable price and a well-crafted design.
