The Nexus 6 has a curved back, and is made out of soft-touch plastic material. The design is simple, though, the Mi 4 seemed to have impressed us.
The Nexus 6 measures 159.26 x 82.98 x 10.06mm and weighs 184g while the Mi 4 measures a slightly slimmer 139.2 x 68.5 x 8.9mm and weighs 146g.

The Nexus 6 has a massive 5.96-inch 2,560 x 1,440 resolution display, giving it a pixel density of 493ppi (pixels per inch). The Mi 4's screen is a smaller at 5-inches with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, giving it a pixel density of 441ppi.
Google Nexus 6 Vs Xiaomi Mi 4: Software
Android 5.0 Lollipop will come loaded on the Nexus 6 out-of-the box. The Xiaomi Mi 4, on the other hand, is running on Android 4.4 KitKat and MIUI 5.0 layered on top. The big difference between the two is the feel.
Google Nexus 6 Vs Xiaomi Mi 4: Processor and Connectivity
The Nexus 6 and Mi 4 have quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. The Nexus 6 has the edge with a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor compared to Mi 4's 2.5GHz (Snapdragon 801).
