Very much like the Moto X and Moto G, Motorola has squeezed in front-facing stereo speakers above and below the screen, so the Nexus 6 should be ideal for sharing video clips with friends or watching YouTube without headphones. Google will be offering the Nexus 6 in two color options - Midnight Blue and Cloud White.

Google Nexus 6: Key Specification

The Google Nexus 6 made by Motorola this time uses a high-end 5.93-inch AMOLED screen offering an LG G3 like QHD resolution that translates to 2,560x1,440 pixels in numbers, resulting in a pixel density of 493 pixels per inch (PPI).

At the core of the Nexus 6, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.7GHz is constantly delivering power. The quad core CPU is complimented by 3GB of RAM. Obviously, the Nexus 6 runs on the latest Android L, which is now termed as Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Google will be offering the device in two variants the 32GB and 64GB model and the device doesn't take in microSD card.

Motorola has decided to use the 13-megapixel f/2.0 rear camera, which is similar in resolution with the Nexus 5. However, you will get the optical image stabilizer this time and a Dual LED flash for clearer photos in low light. At the front, users will get to see 2 megapixel snapper.

A 3,220mAh battery should be good for over 24 hours of use from a single charge, but if you're running low the bundled Motorola Turbo Charger should let you add six hours' worth of battery life in 15 minutes connected to the mains.

Price and Availability

Apparently, the Nexus 6 will not be as affordable as its predecessor with the 32GB SIM-free version priced at $649 (approx. Rs. 39,939). Talking about the availability, Google will start accepting pre-orders from October 29 and the shipments will get dispatched sometime in November.
