HTC 8X: Windows Phone 8 Video and Image Samples Surface Online [PICTURES]

Various tech experts have given thumbs up to HTC recently launched WindowsPhone 8X for numerous reasons, however, in one segment the new smartphone has been a little underhyped and that is the camera. Featuring an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 lens, the specs nearly match up with the Lumia 920's 'PureView' camera, hence all the tech enthusiasts are comparing the likes both the heavyweight smartphones.

A Singaporean technology blog Techgoondu spent a day with both of HTC's new devices and managed to grab the first camera and video samples, seen from the 8X's sensor. The results are, predictably, fantastic. All of the photos captured plenty of detail, and the colors appeared to be more realistic than competitors.
