HTC Butterfly Sense 5.1 Android 4.2.2 Update Leaked Online
It seems that there is a due update to come on Butterfly series of HTC (internationally known as the HTC Droid, and Droid DNA).
HTC Butterfly currently runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean which mainly features Google Now and Project Butter but now the online leak of HTC suggests that the smartphone will come up with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and introduce the smartphone to the Sense 5.1 UI and access to Quick Settings and Actionable notifications.
The smartphone includes the ability to switch off the BlinkFeed, a feature most people wanted ever since the launch of HTC One. It also features the traditional home screen that houses the app shortcuts and widgets, Quick Settings which include toggles for brightness, Power Saver, data connection, Bluetooth, auto-rotate, sound profiles, Hotspot, Airplane mode, Wi-Fi and screen shot shortcuts.
Unlike stock Android, with the latest update HTC Butterfly gives enables access to a bunch of settings from the notifications tab directly. Rumors are that the update will be available to users as soon as this month.
