HTC Desire 600 Now Available for Buying At Rs 26,860 in India

After witnessing a much coverage given to HTC Desire 500 in a past few days now HTC again has come back with another handset, an immediate sibling to the same Desire 500 called Desire 600. The handset is announced back in May. This can be called HTC's new quad-core smartphone. Moreover, HTC Desire 600 with a dual SIM support is now finally made available in Saholic at Rs. 26,860. Not only that, but Saholic is also offering a free bluetooth headset worth Rs. 1,599.

HTC Desire 600 Now Available for Buying At Rs 26,860 in India

However, going by the specs in categorically, the Desire 600 comes with a 4.5-inch Super LCD2 display offering the resolution of 960×540 pixels and pixel density of 245 ppi. The display offers a 16 M color depth.

Looking at the power of the handset, it comes with powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor clocked at 1.2GHz and 1GB RAM. The Desire 600 runs on Android OS, v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and features a Adreno 203 graphics. There is an obvious layering of HTC's Sense 5 UI as well.

The recently launched Desire 600 comes packed with an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 720p video recording and 1.6-megapixel front facing camera.

Other than dual SIM support, the device features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS, and AGPS, 2G, 3G, GPRS, EDGE, SPEED, WLAN, Infrared and USB.

The quad core handset houses an 8GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 64 GB using a microSD card and the smartphone is powered by a 1,860mAh battery that will offer 11 hours of talktime and over 500 hours of standby time.

Other features include BoomSound dual speakers on the front similar to that of the One and Beats Audio sound enhancement as well.

HTC Desire 500 sports a smaller display measuring 4.3 inch and lesser resolution of 480 x 800pixels. The handset runs on Android 4.2.2 operating system including software features like Blinkfeed and Video Highlights. It comes with the topping of HTC Sense UI.

Desire 500 is powered by a competitive Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor clocked to 1.2GHz and is backed by 1GB RAM as well. Talking about camera, HTC Desire 500 comes packed with 8-megapixel rear camera along with 1.6-megapixels front camera which is also loaded with BSI Sensor.

Connectivity options include Built-in GPS / AGPS antenna, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fib/g/n, DLNA, 2G and 3G. Moreover, it houses an internal storage capacity of 4GB which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD and also comes with a Beats Audio like other HTC handsets. The device is eventually powered by a 1800 mAh battery.
