HTC Desire 816 - Performance, Sound and Benchmark
The Desire 816 is powered by a 1.6GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core CPU coupled with 1.5GB RAM and Adreno 305 GPU found fitted inside. Let's not forget that the phone is a mid-range device, so one should not expect the performance at par with the likes of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Gionee Elife E7.

Nonetheless, the handset is fast enough to run most of the games, including major racing titles. It can easily handle titles like the Asphalt 8: Airborne.

The Desire 816 retured a score of 21,547 on the AnTuTu benchmark, while its nearest competitor, the Panasonic P81, retured a score of 28077 on the same benchmarking system.

The front-facing BoomSound speakers included with the Desire 816 are surprisingly above the rest. Although they are not perfect, but for rich sound we can trust upon the Desire 816.
