Samsung Infuse 4G Vs HTC Evo 4G
Today we take a comparative study of 2 models from two different Smartphone manufacturers. The companies are HTC and Samsung. The models discussed here are HTC Evo 4G review and Samsung Infuse 4G review. Both are touch screen based phones that are neatly designed and have modern looks. Both models have large display sizes of 4.5 and 4.3 inches respectively.
On the entertainment front both the HTC Evo 4G and Samsung Infuse 4G are fully loaded with the latest technologies. Both the phones have support for recording and playback of a number of media formats including MP3, AAC+, etc. HTC Evo 4G has a speaker with better clarity than the Samsung Infuse 4G. Both models have a universal jack for private enjoyment with a headset or to connect to your home theatre speakers.
The cameras of the Evo 4G and Samsung Infuse 4G have same configuration. Both have an 8 Mega Pixel camera but the HTC phone has LED Flash that is missing in the Samsung Infuse 4G. The camera clarity is also slightly more for the HTC Evo 4G as compared to the Samsung Infuse 4G. Both the models miss out on a front camera though and thus does not facilitate video calling.
On the connectivity front both the mobile brands have options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB PC Sync. The phones provide the latest versions of the technologies so connection and data transfer speeds through these means are bound to be very fast. Both the phones run on Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
The Evo 4G has support for Wimax internet technology which is useful as the technology is now available in India. However the phone misses out on certain key features present in the Infuse 4G such as GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA and HSPA+.
The phones are similarly priced also and it is extremely difficult to pick a clear winner out of the two. But due to some powerful versions of certain features, the review of HTC Evo 4G is placed over the Samsung model.
