HTC One M8 with Android KitKat Leaks Online in Blue Casing

Initially Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC launched its latest flagship device the One M8 in a three different color variant viz. Gunmetal Gray, Glacial Silver and Amber Gold. But Twitter-bound technology leakster @evleaks soon showed us the unofficial color variants of the HTC One M8.

Previously we saw the Red and Pink variant of the HTC One M8 and now the latest image coming courtesy of @evleaks shows the device clad in Blue casing. It should be noted that HTC has not officially announced these new color variants as of now.

The Blue variant of the phone also has the same black lines running on the sides and the back. Moreover, the HTC One Mini 2, successor of the One Mini was also leaked in Gray, Silver and Gold colors recently.

The new color variants of the HTC One M8 will be released soon. HTC has done this with the company's first HTC one handset.

Other than the new color profile, everything will remain the same with regards to the specs. Thus it will feature a 5.0-inch display offering a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it features a Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection as well.

Apart from the Quad Core processor Snapdragon 801 clocked at 2.5 GHz, the phone also come with Adreno 330 GPU coupled with 2 GB RAM. In terms of OS, it runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) layered with the company's proprietary Sense 6.0 UI.

Imaging is best as always in the HTC One devices, and this time also the company has chosen the UltraPixel primary rear camera with dual LED Flash, BSI Sensor,F/2.0 aperture and 28 mm lens. In fact, there are two rear cameras installed in the handset this time. The secondary rear camera helps to capture depth information of the subject. At the front there is a 5 MP front-facing shooter capable of taking great selfies and making video calls. The rear camera is capable of shooting Full HD (1080p) video with HDR mode as well.

The handset comes with a native storage capacity of 16GB and it is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

HTC One (M8) comes with 4G LTE support and other connectivity optiosn remain standard with the inclusion of 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n (2.4 and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX codec, NFC and GPS with GLONASS. You will also find MHL support in the device. The phone supports only nano SIM.

The smartphone which measures 9.35 mm thick and weighs160 grams comes powered with 2600 mAh battery.
