    The next software update for the HTC One M9 will introduce new features to the flagship. HTC ROM developer LlabTooFeR tweeted screenshots from the upcoming One M9 software update.

    According to HTC ROM developer LlabTooFeR, the update will actually bring not just Guest Mode, but also the ability to control the One M9's screen color temperature.

    There is no timeline for when the update will start rolling out to owners of the One M9, but we have to guess that the company will begin delivering the new soft during the upcoming months.

    Hopefully, the new software will manage to resuscitate fading enthusiasm for the One M9. Not so long ago, we told you that, facing low demand for its latest flagship, HTC might have to cut its component orders for the phone by 30%.

    There's no word on exactly when the M9 should get this update. However, we're expecting HTC to start its rollout in the next several months.
