HTC One Max Leaks Again: 5.7 Inch Display Smartphone To Compete With Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Yet again, the street is abuzz with rumors of HTC One Max. We have been hearing about HTC One Max, a 5.9-inch FHD Android super phone for quite some time.
This time around the yet-to-be announced handset has compared with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 side-by-side. According to Chinese ePrice website, the HTC One Max has leaked in purported images with a removable back cover and a microSD card slot.
Meanwhile, it is largely believed that HTC One Max would have a 5.9-inch Full HD display. But now after monitoring the close up pictures of One Max with the Galaxy Note 3; it is safe to say that the HTC One Max has a 5.7-inch Full HD display and not the rumored a 5.9-inch FHD display.
The device will have 16GB of on-board storage and not 32GB as per speculation. On the rear back cover, a fingerprint sensor is clearly visible. HTC One Max is slated to get announced on October 17.
Talking about the alleged specifications, HTC One Max is said to have a 5.7-inch Full HD 1080p display. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of ROM.
The device will also sport high quality UltraPixel rear facing camera and a 2.1MP front facing camera. The leak also suggests that HTC is planning to pack a 3,300mAh Li Ion battery.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - Rival Smartphone
HTC One Max will battle against much praised Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The Note 3 comes with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED Full HD 1080p display. It features Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of Storage space (expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card slot).
The Indian variant of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with Exynos 5 octa-core processor. There's a 13MP rear facing camera with Auto Focus, smart optimization and LED Flash light. Also add a 2.1-megapixel front facing camera. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean comes out of the box. The makers have added a 3,200mAh Li Ion battery. Other connectivity features include: 3G, Wi-Fi, NFC, USB 2.0, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, amongst others. Asking retail price - Rs 49,990.
