Samsung Galaxy S3, the flagship smartphone of the South Korean tech giant and the hottest selling handset of the year sports a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a quad core 1.4GHz Exynos 4 quad processor and 1GB RAM. Further, it has an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 1.9MP front camera for video calling.

Upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the handset is loaded with a2,100 mAh Li-ion battery and comes in two variants – 16GB and 32GB priced at Rs 34,900 and Rs 43,180 respectively.

With a higher price tag as compared to One X and with a slightly larger display and better front camera, Galaxy S3 could be a tough challenger to the HTC offering.
