Huawei Honor 6 Plus Coming to India by Q2 2015

Ever since Huawei unveiled the Ascend P7, the company has seen an upsurge in sales. This has sent a positive message across critics and consumers too.

Following the launch of Ascend P7, Huawei launched the Honor 6 which went on to become the company's most wanted smartphone outside China. Given how popular the Honor 6 is in Asia, the tech giant has now unveiled the Honor 6 Plus, a handset with two 8­megapixel cameras sensors on its back.

For obvious reasons, the Honor 6 Plus will be made available in the company's native market as early as possible. Now the question arises: when are the Indian going to get their hands on the Honor 6 Plus?

Well, the Honor 6 Plus is definitely arriving in India, during the Q2 2015. At the launch event, which took place in Beijing on December 16, we got in touch with Huawei to know about the company's upcoming plans for India.

Huawei stated that they do have plans to bring the Honor 6 Plus to India. Further more, we've also got to know that the Honor 6 Plus will be priced similar to the price tag set for China.

Huawei Honor 6 Plus - Highlighted Specifications

The Honor 6 Plus sports a 5.5­inch FHD display, a Kirin 930 processor clocked at 1.8GHz, 3GB of RAM, 16/32GB of ROM, a microSD card slot, a 3,600mAh battery, the dual camera setup, an 8MP front facing shooter, 4G LTE/3G and more. The 4G­enabled variant will cost 2499 Yuan (Rs. 25,849), while the non­LTE version will be priced 1999(Rs. 20,677) Yuan.

Honor 4X to launch in India by Jan­Feb 2015

Consequently, Huawei seemed to be very enthusiastic about the Honor 4x, which was also unveiled alongside the Honor 6 Plus launch event in Beijing on Tuesday. The device, which offers awesome specifications, is also coming to India. In fact, the company is going to launch the 64­bit smartphone in the country by Jan­ Feb 2015. The highly anticipated handset will have the same price tag set for China.

The affordable Honor 4x offers a 5.5­inch HD display, an octa core Kirin 625 processor (64­bit), 2GB of RAM, 8GB of native storage, a microSD card slot, Android 4.4 with EMUI 3.0, a 13MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front shooter, and powered by a monster 3,000mAh battery.
