Although Huawei has been trying to establish itself in the Indian market so long, things didn't work out as per the plan. But things drastically changed last year when the company launched the Honor 6 in India. It was a major hit among Indian consumers, given the smartphone's tempting retail price at under Rs 20,000 and the hardware on offer.

A prodigy of modern science and technology, Huawei has given enough importance to on the design of Honor 6 Plus. With its metallic finish and sleek design the handset looks very stylish and gives a premium feel when held for usage.
The Honor 6 Plus also has a unique back cover which provides a strong and better grip for its users. The device is measured as 7.5mm thick and weighs in at 165 grams. That said, we found the Honor 6 Plus's design simply outstanding.
The Honor 6 Plus sports a 5.5-inch FHD display, 1080 x 1920 pixels and has a 16M colour density, which clearly removes all any doubt on the display. Further, the Honor 6 plus has a very rich and crisp image display, which will not disappoint its users. With a high resolution and HD display, photographs, videos and graphics will retain its quality level in outdoors and indoors.

Honor 6 Plus First Look: Processor, Storage and Connectivity
Let us start with the core foundation of the Honor 6 plus. Huawei has placed a HiSilicon Kirin 925 Quad core Cortex A15 & quad core Cortex A7 processor, clocked at 1.8GHz beefed up with a Mali T628 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 3GB of native storage under the hood.
It is a killer smartphone and its performance was outstanding. Although we didn't get the time to test the handset fully on the spot; however, we did manage to sense a positive vibe around it, making the overall experience go up to the next level all together.
Other than an LTE connection, the phone comes with regular 3G/2G GSM connectivity, Wi Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual band, DLNA, hotspot, GSM, Bluetooth v4.0, A2DP and more. The smartphone supports dual-SIM connectivity.
Honor 6 Plus First Look: Camera and Video
We must say that the Honor 6 Plus camera is truly a mark of superior craftsmanship. The most talked about feature of the Honor 6 Plus is its HTC One (M8) - like dual 8megapixel rear camera sensors, which the company calls "symmetrical dual camera technology.
The Honor 6 Plus camera sensors are said by the company to capture 16MP resolution images with twice the amount of light as compared to a single sensor, it takes 0.1 seconds to autofocus, and use SLR grade ISP technology.
The smartphone also offers a number of image editing effects. Honor 6 Plus front facing camera is said to bear a 5 megapixel sensor for video chatting and other purposes.
Huawei has gone further though, upping the resolution and twice the resolution of the HTC One (M8) and adding in the ability to manually adjust the camera's aperture, which is believed to be done through the use of the dual image sensors and some heavy processor calculations. The handset features a dedicated image signal processor to handle these sort of tasks.

Huawei has powered the Honor 6 Plus with a 3,600mAh battery. The phone will run close to 13hrs on 3G. The Honor 6 Plus will be made available in India next month at a price of Rs. 26,499.
