Huawei Launches Honor Holly Smartphone With 5-Inch Display in India At Rs 6,999
Originally announced back in September, Huawei has today officially launched the Honor Holly smartphone in India. The 5-Inch smartphone is priced at Rs. 6,999.

The Chinese smarpthone maker has partnered with online retailer Flipkart like many other handset makers including Motorola, ZTE, Karbonn and many more. Talking about the availability, the smartphone will go on sale starting October 16.

Huawei Honor Holly: Key Specification
Huawei Honor Holly comes with a 5-inch LTPS display offering ah HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with a 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Emotion UI layered on top.

In the imaging aspect, the latest handset sports an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, Samsung sensor and a 2MP front-facing camera with OmniVision sensor. It houses 16GB internal memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card.

Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and obviously it is a Dual SIM smartphone with a dual standby mode.
It is powered by a 2000 mAh battery with Huawei SmartPower 2.0 that promises up to 24 hours of battery life with moderate use and over 48 hours on light use.

Talking about the competition, the new offering from Huawei would be rivaling against the likes of the hot selling Redmi 1S, Moto E, all the Android One smartphones.
