New details about the specifications of the Huawei P8 have been leaked on the internet, and it looks like it could be a winner before it goes official on April 15.
The latest set of leaks from China show the P8 with impressive specs enough to grab consumer' anticipation. The new leak reveals full specs sheet of the forthcoming P8.
A weibo account has recently published an image that offers concrete information about Huawei's much-awaited smartphone, the P8. If the alleged image is to be believed, the P8 will come with a unibody that's crafted out of zirconium oxide porcelain. The phone is expected to come with glass on both the front and the back, with the front probably being a layer of Corning's Gorilla Glass 3.
Reportedly, the Huawei P8 will measure mere 6mm in terms of thickness, making it one of the slimmest smartphone amongst rival devices from the likes of Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi and HTC.
As for specs, the Huawei P8 is said to come with a Kirin 930 chipset manufactured in-house by Huawei. The report further adds that a 2600mAh battery come fitted inside. According to the Weibo post, the phone will be priced around $480 (approximately Rs. 30,240)
According to another report, Huawei is slated to unveil the handset on April 15 in London but no plans have been revealed about the device's release in the global market.
Huawei sold 75 million smartphones in 2014. The company aims to shift as many as 100 million smartphones in 2015.
The P8 smartphone from Huawei is already seen as the Galaxy S6 killer, given how powerful it would be from the hardware perspective.
