Huawei P8lite with 5-inch Display, Octa-Core CPU is Now Official

Following the launch of Ascend P8 and P8Max, Huawei has launched yet another variant in a premium SEA event at Bangkok.

Dubbed as Huawei P8lite, this device comes in Black and White variant and carries a dimension of 7.7mm thickness and weighs around 131grams.

Huawei P8lite - Key Specifications

Huawei P8lite, sports a 5.0 inch IPS LCD display, with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, which is translated into 294ppi. This device is powered by a 1.2 GHz Octa- core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor along with 2GB RAM under the hood.

Moving on to the imaging factor, P8lite features a 13MP rear camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash, 5MP front facing camera on board.

Further, on the storage front, Huawei P8lite comes equipped with 16GB of built-in memory, with an expansion option of up to 128GB via SIM 2 slot and shipped with Android OS, v5.0.2 (Lollipop) on top of Emotion 3.1.

On the connectivity, this device supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, microUSB v2.0 along with some sensors like Accelerometer, Proximity, Compass.

Moreover, P8lite is powered by a Non-removable Li-Ion 2200mAh battery along with smart power saving technology. As of now, there is no official announcement about the pricing and it will hit the Indian market shelves next month.
