iBall, as a smartphone brand is still struggling to make its name in the highly competitive Indian handset market. The iBall Andi 4Di could be the handset that will shape iBall's future in the low cost Android handset market.
The iball Andi 4Di is a basic Android handset with minimum frills attached to it. The phone has a 4-inch IPS display having resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The internal specifications are pretty decent, however, it is to be seen whether the device works like a charm when reaches in the hands of consumers. This dual-SIM handset packs 1GHz Cortex A9 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, which is incredible.
There's a 5-mega rear camera on the rear with LED Flash and VGA quality camera on the front. The makers have added a 1,700mAh Li Ion battery fitted inside. Android 4.0 ICS comes out of the box. We hope the device is upgradable to Jelly Bean via updates.
Other connectivity features include: 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth, and 512MB of internal storage, amongst other temping features.

Karbonn is yet another Indian player who is known for affordable Android based handsets. The Karbonn A6 was launched in March. The phone is easily available in the market. In terms of specifications, the Karbonn A6 comes with a 4 inch IPS display having resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, 1GHz single core processor, Android 4.0 ICS, a 5-mega pixel rear camera and VGA front camera for video calling, 512MB RAM, 104 MB usable, Wi-Fi, Dual SIM, GPS, Bluetooth and a 1,450 mAh battery talk time and 250 hours standby. The Karbonn A6 is priced at Rs. 5790 in the Indian market.
Spice Smart Flo Ivory Mi-450
We have reviewed Spice phone many a times. The Spice made phone are pretty decent when it comes to finishing and build quality. The Smart Flo Ivory is a dual SIM, supported handset with built-in Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The phone comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display having resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Inside, a 1GHz dual-core processor along with 512MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM (expandable) comes fitted inside. There's a 3.2-mega pixel rear facing camera and 1.3-mega pixel front facing camera for video chat. Other connectivity features include: 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and USB 2.0.
