iBall Cobalt Oomph: Another Quad Core Smartphone with 4.7 Inch Display Launched Online for Rs 7,999
Affordable Indian smartphone and tablet manufacturer iBall has launched a new smartphone, which has a similar look to iPhone 6. Dubbed as Cobalt Oomph, it comes with Quad-core processor, Android KitKat 4.4, which can be upgradable to Android Lollipop 5.0 in the future. Mumbai based Mahesh telecom retailer has posted images of smartphone box with specs written on it.

iBall Cobalt Oomph, sports a 4.7-inch IPS HD display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, which translates into 312ppi. This device is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core cortex A7 Advanced processor with 1GB RAM. Moving to the storage, it comes with 8GB internal memory (2GB for OS, 2GB for users and 4GB for internal storage).

On the camera part, it features a 8MP AF camera with LED flash, 5MP front camera for video calling and selfies. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, which can be upgradable to Lollipop 5.0 in the future.

Coming to the connectivity, it supports 3G, Bluetooth 4.0 GPS, AGPS, dual SIM dual Standby, FM radio with recording, Wi-Fi direct, USB internet, Hotspot along with some sensors like G-sensor, Proximity, Light sensor etc. This smartphone is juiced with 1850mAh battery

Coming in Black variant, it is now available in the Indian market for Rs. 7,999.
