Intex Aqua Power Officially Launched in India With 4000mAh Battery at Rs 8,444

Intex is one of the growing names in the native smartphone business. While the company already has numerous notable releases over the year, as it seems, there are still a few that are in the pipeline and waiting to launch before the end of the year.

Today, however, the company has officially launched a brand new smartphone in the form of the new Intex Aqua Power. While the smartphone is offering a host of features at its price range, the most obvious among them is the inclusion of a massive 4000mAh battery unit.

Intex Aqua Power: Highlighted Specifications

Going through the specs of the new Intex Aqua Power, the handset offers a 5-inch full laminated IPS display. While the handset runs on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the company also plans to upgrade the OS to the new Android Lollipop in time.

The handset is powered by quite the powerful 1.4GHz octa core processor while there's 1GB of RAM in support of it. The handset also has 8GB of internal memory which might be a tad low than most others in the same range in the market.

The handset is obviously a dual SIM one and has an 8MP rear camera with autofocus. While at the front, there's a 2MP camera to take care of your selfie needs. The smartphone offers OTG support and is fully 3G enabled.

As we mentioned before, the handset is marked by its immense 4000mAh battery which Intex also claims will fully charge within 2.5 hours. The Intex Aqua has been launched at Rs. 8,499 and will be made available starting tomorrow for the native smartphone market.
