Smartphones with large displays are flavor of the season. Even a screen size measuring 4.3-inches looks pity in comparison to gigantic 6-inch slabs. In the recent days, many India-based handset manufacturers have proven that large display phone sells in good numbers.
Many established players, including, Micromax, Karbonn and others have come up with phablets. There were few new entrants as well, who ventured into phablets, for instance- Swipe Telecom (MTV Volt). Intex smartphones aren't as popular as Micromax or Lava, however in a recent developmet, the manufacturer is set to launch a phablet with display size of 5.9-inches. Reportedly, dubbed as Intex Aqua Style, the new device has been spotted on company's website and also online retailers Flipkart and Infibeam.

Intex Aqua Style vs. Karbonn A30
India is slowly and gradually adopting large display smartphones. Which is a good thing, largely thanks to Indian handset manufacturers, who analyze global trends carefully and quickly adopts it by launching handsets much earlier than big international brands. It is also expected that Huawei could launch Ascend Mate 6.0, in the Indian market very soon.
Gizbot pits upcoming Intex Aqua Style against Karbonn A30. Let's dig into the battle.
Karbonn A30 comes with a large 5.9-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480 X 800 pixels, 1GHz Dual core processor , 512MB of RAM, an 8-mega pixels rear camera and 1.3-mega pixels front facing camera, 2500mAh battery, 3G, Wi-Fi, Dual SIM, Bluetooth, Android 4.0 ICS, expandable memory via Micro SD cards and measures 260 grams.
