Intex Cloud Y4+: 4 Inch Smartphone Now Listed Online on Official Site For Rs 5,990
The Indian handset market continues to be dominated by Google's Android operating system, from low-end, Rs. 3,500 feature cum smart devices, to high-end Rs. 50,000 big-ticket phones for niche consumers.
Driven by the success of ultra low-cost handsets, Intex, a well-known player in this segment, has come up with its brand new Android-powered phone in India.
Today, the company has announced the Cloud Y4+, a 4-inch smartphone with dual-SIM capability. The phone has been spotted on the firm's official website also revealing its retail price.
The device will be made available in Black, White, Blue, Red and Yellow colors and is priced at Rs. 5,990

Intex Cloud Y4+- Highlighted Specifications
The Intex Cloud Y4+, as the name suggests, is an enhanced version of the original Cloud Y4.
On the surface, the phone features a 4-inch WVGA display having a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
This dual-SIM supported handset is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor (MediaTek MT6572) , backed by 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.
On the imaging front, the Cloud Y4+ incorporates a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with an LED Flash, and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter for taking selfies.
Other connectivity features include: 3G, Wi-Fi, Dual-SIM, FM Radio, Bluetooth, A-GPS, and a 1,400mAh battery. The handset runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
The device come pre-loaded with an arrays of apps, notably, Martabhasha, Headline today, Quikr, Skype, Youtube, WeChat, Intex Play,Hungama, and NQ Vault, to name a few.

There is a slight difference between the two devices. Both the low-end handsets have a 4-inch WVGA display and an added dual-SIM capability. The latest Cloud Y4+ is now powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, whereas its predecessor had a 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory. So, the difference between the two devices is negligible.
