Intex Cloud Z6: Full Specs Finally Out On Company’s Official Website

It was only last week, when GizBot first informed you about Intex Facebook page teaser which talked about, the upcoming 5.0 inch FWVGA LCD display handset from the company's basket -- Cloud Z6. Well, it looks like this week the homegrown manufacturer has finally unveiled the new smartphone on its official company website

The latest addition--Intex Cloud Z6, features a 5-inch FWVGA display and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box.While, the internal specifications of the Cloud Z6 are just mediocre and nothing fancy to boast of, Intex is yet to pass on information in context to price and nationwide availability.Specwise, the Intex Cloud Z6 comes with a large 5-inch FWVGA display.

The Dual SIM phone has a 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory (expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot). Android 4.2 Jelly Bean comes out of the box. There's a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera without Auto Focus and LED Flash either. Users will also find a VGA quality front facing camera.

The makers have added a 2,100mAh batter life with talk time up to 5 hours on a single charge. The device does not have a 3G connection; all you need to rely on 2G (EDGE) connectivity. Other connectivity includes: 2G (EDGE), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and FM Radio.

The Cloud Z6 will come pre-loaded with the following applications: : Intex Cloud , Matrabhasha, Intex Play, Online Software update,Qucikr, NQ vault , Yahoo Panel, amongst others.

The success of Intex Cloud Z6 is primarily depends upon its pricing. The device should be priced under Rs. 6, 000, considering the internal hardware reflects average specifications. Further, the phone does not come with 3G connectivity.

Intex Cloud Z6 Vs Cloud Z5

In the beginning GizBot mentioned briefly about the Cloud Z5. The difference between the upcoming Cloud Z6 and Cloud Z5 is negligible. The Intex Cloud Z6 comes with 4GB of internal memory. In case of Cloud Z5, the handset was launched with mere 107MB memory. Neither of two phones have built-in 3G connectivity. The Cloud Z5 is selling at a price point of Rs. 7185.GizBot expects the upcoming Cloud Z6 to be priced around the same.
