Intex Officially Launches Aqua Star HD with 5-Inch Display at Rs 8,690

Intex was present today at Goa with not one but three new handsets that are meant for the budget-oriented users. We are currently talking about the new Aqua Star HD handset that was officially launched at the event.

Launched at a price of Rs. 8,690, as the name suggests, the Aqua Star HD offers a full HD display alongside a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The device also comes with draw shortcuts for WhatsApp, Mucis, Facebook and dialer screen. The handset also comes with free covers in 4 different colors: White, Black, Maroon and Red.

Running on the brand new Android KitKat, the Aqua Star Power offers a 5-inch HD IPS OGS Full Laminated display with 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor that's backed by 1GB of RAM. The handset also offers 8GB of internal memory.

On the imaging side, the handset offers an 13MP snapper with auto focus and a 5MP front facing camera. Connectivity options include 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Hotspot. The handset also offers a decent 1800mAh battery unit.
