Reduce Motion
Turning off parallax effect on your device can actually help improve performance. To turn off the parallax effect, simply go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion.
Storage
Well, there's only one viable option: Just delete your data or simply move it to the cloud. In order to delete your data, tab on Settings > General >Usage. Tap an app to know more detailed information about its usage.
Automatic App Refreshes
This in turn can eats up a major part of memory as well as storage on older iOS devices. So, setting your apps to update only when you want them seemed to be the right idea. All you need to go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh. Now, you can turn off all background app refreshes.
Disable Spotlight Search
With Spotlight Search, you can search for device's data, such as contacts, emails and and applications. Well, this feature is very useful but at the same time it pushes your device's memory and processor. Hence, we advise you to disable this feature to fasten your device.
To disable spotlight search, simply go to Settings>General>Spotlight Search
Disable Location Services
If you're not using Google Map, then it would be better to simply disable the GPS. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Service> Turn off. At the same time, you can turn off Location Services for individual apps which are in use.
