Karbonn Opium N7 and Opium N9 Smartphones Now Available for Rs 5,999 and Rs 8,999
Yet again, India-based smartphone vendor Karbonn has launched its two new devices- the Opium N7 and Opium N9 in the domestic market via popular e-commerce site HomeShop18. The quad-core smartphones are available from the online retailer at the price of Rs. 5,999 and Rs. 8,999 respectively.
Karbonn is offering the Opium N7 only in Black color, while the Opium N9 is available in both Black and White colors. What is new about the Opium N9 is a different design with angular corners instead of the rounded ones, which has given the product a comparatively better looks.

Karbonn Opium N7: Key Specifications
Karbonn Opium N7 features a 4-inch (800 ×480 pixels) capacitive touchscreen IPS display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean). Other specs include: Dual SIM, 5MP rear camera with LED Flash, 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera, 4GB of internal memory, expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS and a 1600 mAh battery.

Karbonn Opium N9: Key Specifications
Karbonn Opium N9 on the other hand, comes with an inch bigger display measuring 5-inch which offers a (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display. This one is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with a 1GB RAM and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS. Other specs include: Dual SIM, 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, 2MP front-facing camera, 4GB internal memory, expandable memory with MicroSD, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and a 2000 mAh battery.
Just a couple of days ago, India's third favorite smartphone brand also launched four new budget smartphones via Flipkart- another onine retailer with whom the company inked a deal to sell those them.
While the company will be launching the regular devices in sub-mid-range category in India, the wait for company's first Android One powered smartphone will still be lurking among Karbonn fans.
