Karbonn ST72 Tablet With 7-inch Display, Voice Calling Now Available for Rs 6,800

Indian smartphone maker Karbonn has today launched a new tablet device called the ST72. The latest offering from the Indian manufacturer is now available from online retailer Snapdeal.

The Karbonn ST72 comes in White, Black and Grey color variants and is priced at Rs. 6,800. This budget offering from the company sports a dual SIM support and has 3G connectivity as well. This is one of the cheapest Android KitKat powered tablet that has been launched in India.

The Karbonn ST72 sports a 7-inch display offering a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB RAM and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.

The latest tablet houses 4GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB with MicroSD card. The Dual SIM smartphone with Dual Standby sports a 3.2MP rear camera along with a front facing VGA shooter.

The device measures 184.5x100x8.9mm and weighs 290 grams and supports 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity options. The Karbonn ST72 is powered by a 2800 mAh battery.

Since the new device also supports voice calling, this could possibly be a hit in the Indian market.
