The last couple of months has seen Android take over the fast growing ultra low-cost smartphone segment , which Karbonn now hopes to encash with its recently launched smartphone.

In 2013, Karbonn launched the Titanium S1, and now its legitimate successor - Titanium S1 Plus - is available online on e-retailer sites including Saholic and Indiatimes.

Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus is yet another low-budget handset targeted at customers without deep pockets.

Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus: Highlighted Specifications

Talking about the specifications, the Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus features a 4-inch low resolution display ( 400 x 800 ). It is powered by a 1.2GHZ quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

The phone comes with a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with a single LED Flash. Also add a 0.3 (VGA)-megapixel front-facing camera.

The makers have added a 1500mAh battery, while the phone runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.

Other connectivity options include: Dual-SIM, Wi-Fi, 3G, A-GPS, FM Radio, Bluetooth and more.

Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus: Release Date and Price

Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus is already available through online shopping websites at Rs. 5,749. Karbonn is yet to officially announce the Titanium S1 Plus.

Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus: Competition

At Rs. 5,749, the Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus will face tough competition from market hot sellers including Nokia X, HTC Desire 210, Nokia Lumia 520 and iBall Andi 4.5D Royale.
